Phase I- System Study Phase Our Business Analysts conduct system requirement study in joint session with the client. These are brainstorming sessions that help determine the business objectives and goals. This phase includes defining the scope of the system and knowledge transfer of relevant processes.

Phase II-Analysis and Design Phase In this phase, based on system study, we prepare a design document, which work as the basis for subsequent system development. Our development team of project leader & programmers design a prototype of the project which shows a mock up interface of the project.

Phase III-Development Phase This is a phase where the project actually starts developing. Our software engineers start coding and developing the application and integrate with other modules to make it a full fledge solution. Side by side we also perform functional testing of the developed work modules.

Phase IV- Quality Testing Phase After the solutions is developed and integrated, our QC team rigorously test the complete solution with different types of data. and scenarios. Application behavior is compared with the initial specifications and client requirements. Any deviations are identified and corrected as per the business rules.

Phase V- Implementation & Training Once the system is installed on the client site, comprehensive training is extended to the clients so that end users gets trained to use the application effectively and easily. Follow up actions in terms of close monitoring of the system and applications ensures immediate response to issues.
